① The power supply is out of phase, and the soft starter protection action. (Check the power supply)
② The output end of the soft starter is not connected to the load. (The soft starter can work normally only after the output is connected to the load)
③ When the starting mode is live, the operation sequence is wrong. (The correct operation sequence should be the main power supply first, then the control power supply)
2, the user in the use of the process of starting, the bypass contactor does not suck phenomenon. The cause of the failure may be:
① Poor contact of the control line. (Check control line)
(2) During the starting process, the protection device misoperates due to the small setting. (Just reset the protection device)
③ During debugging, the parameters of the soft starter are set improperly. (Mainly for the soft starter below 55KW, reset the parameters of the soft starter)
