Installation procedure
1. Preparation
1, confirm the model; Carefully check whether the thermostat model matches the device and application scenario to be controlled, and ensure that all parameters meet the requirements.
2, check accessories: check whether the thermostat accessories are complete, generally including the thermostat body, mounting bracket, screws, sensors, etc.
3, cut off the power supply: before installation, be sure to cut off all power supplies connected with the thermostat to ensure safe operation.
Second, installation location selection
1, environmental requirements: choose a dry, well-ventilated, no strong electromagnetic interference location to install the thermostat, avoid installation in direct sunlight, near the heat source or cold source, to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.
2, easy to operate and observe: the installation position should be easy for users to operate and observe the display, the height is generally 1.5-1.8 meters from the ground is appropriate, convenient for users to view and adjust the temperature.
3, sensor installation: for the split thermostat, the installation position of the sensor is crucial. If used to control indoor temperature, the sensor should be installed in a position that can represent the average indoor temperature, avoid close to doors and Windows, air conditioning outlet, etc. If used to control the temperature of the device, the sensor should be in close contact with the surface of the device being monitored to ensure accurate measurement of the device temperature.
Third, fixed temperature controller
1, wall installation: If the use of wall-mounted installation, first in the selected position with screws to fix the installation bracket on the wall, and then the temperature controller, the main body stuck or hung on the bracket, to ensure that the installation is firm.
2. Guide rail installation: For the guide rail thermostat, clamp the thermostat into the standard guide rail in the distribution box and fix it through the bayonet or screw on the guide rail to ensure that the thermostat will not loose.
Third, connect the line
1, power link: according to the requirements of the thermostat manual, the power cord is correctly connected to the power terminal of the thermostat, pay attention to distinguish the live line, the neutral line and the bottom line, to ensure that the wiring is correct, the house short circuit and leakage accidents.
2, load link: the output terminal of the thermostat and controlled equipment (such as heating equipment, refrigeration equipment, etc.) power line connection. For the thermostat output by the relay, it is necessary to select the appropriate wire specifications according to the load power, and ensure that the connection is firm to avoid heating or ignition caused by poor contact.
3, sensor connection: Connect the temperature sensor connection line to the sensor input terminal of the thermostat, pay attention to the connection polarity and interface type to match, to ensure that the sensor can normally transmit temperature signals.
